I have a good boss, technically the management team is not half bad too. Putting all the stupid redundant processes aside, it is the same humans beings whom I am working with everything single day who are making the culture and environment misery to work in.
What is the point in a short-term plan when business to you is changing every millisecond? Priority to hire is forever shifting and eventually no hiring is done because you pick and choose the positions you want to hire. In this case, WHY ARE THE REST OF THE POSITIONS NOT ON HOLD?
This was the question I posed to my boss, she tried to go her way around it but failed miserably. The saddest thing is that my boss knew I was right, but she could not win the management and she was unable to convince me to do double job. What a joke. I am not being stubborn, but why do I need to do extra nonsense job when I'm so fucking busy already? Right?
